Food included - Supper will be organized and planned giving each person a chance to sign up for your choice of prep or clean up. Breakfasts and lunches will be your own responsibility helping yourself to the food provided in the main kitchen. All food and meals in the main dining and kitchen area will be vegetarian Yogic, ayurveda fare.

Week 1: Aug 1 – 7, Yoga Intensive
arrive after noon on Sun Aug 1, depart noon Sat Aug 7.

This will be a deep “Yoga for higher consciousness and well being” week with daily programming totaling 6 hours per day. There is an option to receive a certificate for 24 hours of participation.

Week 2: All cabins are full this week, tenting option available only
