Schedule
Sunday arrival in time for light supper and 6:30pm gathering
Mon-Fri schedule is as follows:
- 8:00am Yoga asana class
- 9:15am breakfast
- 10:30am class (could be asana details touching on mantra, meditaton and/or pranayama)
- 12:30pm lunch (personal time after for rest, hiking, swimming, kayaking)
- 4:00pm class (philosophy based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali)
- 5:30pm Supper
- 7:00pm evening study based on going deeper on one subject of Yoga ie. Mantra, chakras, meditation, or perhaps a deeper study of culture such as Veda. Subject to be studied in length (it will be one for the week) determined closer to the time.
Saturday departure after communal cleaning of dining room and kitchen.
