The ayurveda aspect comes in the form of seeing how ayurveda is a part of the life in certain places in India and will be part of our life when we are in those places. There is more exposure to the ayurveda lifestyle on the South trip in January than there is on the northern March trip.

January 6 - February 8, 2010; Full

this trip will be in the tropical South. We will spend time in Kerala (ancient cities and villages), Karnataka (rain forest, incl waterfalls) and Goa (beaches).

March 1 - 31, 2010

This trip will include Rajasthan, the ancient city of Varanasi, the Taj Mahal, Khajuraho and the "Yoga capitol of the world" - Rishikesh.

January 2011 (Approx January 6 - February 8)
