*regarding the ayurveda aspect” please be aware there are no ayurveda classes on this trip. The ayurveda aspect comes in the form of seeing how ayurveda is a part of the life in certain places in India and will be part of our life when we are in those places.

Approx January 15 - February 15 2011

This trip will include the tropical south where we will spend time in Kerala (ancient cities and villages, backwater jungle tour, traditional southern Ayurvedic food, studies, treatments, and yoga). Then we go north to Rajasthan (camel safari, gypsy dancers and yoga), the Taj Mahal at sunrise, and Rishikesh - the "Yoga capitol of the world" at the foot of the himalayas.
