This workshop is for Yoga practioners, Yoga Teachers, school teachers with or without Yoga experience, parents - anyone who wishes to see Yoga in the school system grades P - 12.

Cost: $220.00 + HST
(includes manual, hand outs and 14 hr participation certificate)

What to bring: Yoga mat, comfy cushion for sitting, lunch, note book, pen. You will be doing yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation in order to learn the methods for bringing it into the schools.

You will learn very important skills such as:

1. appropriate assist (or when not to assist) youth
2. how to deal with sensitive issues that arise
3. how to deal with challenges regarding parents concerns, as well as how to deliver Yoga appropriately in the schools so as not to create concerns.
