Hello everyone,

Just official - the 3rd week of the retreat - August 15-21 - by popular request - is now open for day pass or overnight short stays.

Day pass will be $60 - this includes basic food and classes.

Overnight will be at a charge of $100 and will include accommodations (bring your own bedding).

The 3rd week ONLY is open for drop-ins and short stays. The first 2 weeks are not.

I do not need to know you are coming, should you decide to take advantage of the 'drop in' special, but it would be nice. Feel free to bring some of your own favourite food tat can be eaten by you, or shared.

MASSAGE INFO:

There will be a wonderful massage therapist available.

There will be sign-up sheets for massage times at Birchdale, however, if you wish to secure your massage ahead of time, please email Meaghan at info@meaghanrae.com
